Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a wonderful new year and holiday while spending time with your family and friends. In today’s post, I would like to share a story of me being a backstage dresser at Fashion Scout London Fashion Week A/W 2020.
Several days before the fashion show, we were briefed and assigned in groups. I got into team D, which was responsible for being a dresser for three brands, Rohmir, DB Berdan, and Johan Ku.
The designer came with luggage. We need to unpack the baggage and hang the clothes on the rail. We also need to check if there is something wrong with the garment, like if there is a ripped and minor alteration to make. And we need to steam the garment to make it look crisp, neat, and clean. While we were doing that, the models did their hair and make-up.

After that, we dressed all the models wearing their first look. All the models then went backstage, and the garments rails were taken there too. Photographers came to take pictures of the models behind the stage.

The show began. Models walked to the stage, and as they returned backstage, we needed to change the model’s clothes with the second look and so on until the finale.

And it is a wrap yeyy:D
